"This is an old hotel desperately in need of upgrades. The carpet was frayed and pulled up in the rooms, the furniture was stained and the cushions on the couch were torn. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. The front desk staff, specifically Yolanda was lacking in professionalism. Tge remaining front desk staff was pleasant. The breakfast staff was fabulous!!"

"The place was very nice and everyone was nice. The only thing I was disappointed in was the shower water pressure was nothing and there were only 2 bath towels for 4 guests. Would definitely stay again though"

"staff rude AF, dont intend to use them again. AND they signed me up for wyndham rewards despite me repeatedly saying no! they got my information for the reserveratio and enrolled me anyways, despite my constant objection using my personal information! now i have to block the spam (3 already in 1 day). Should be illegal to sign someone up when they are saying no, no no. I did not stay the night! that should say what i need to say."

"We checked into the hotel we had to wait as our rooms werent ready. We went to dinner. When we came back to the rooms there were roaches and bugs crawling all over. We alerted the desk and asked for refund and checked out and found a very clean spring hill suites on the other side of town!!! I want all myoney back and the deposits and to be compensat4ed for the 2 rooms for the entire weeks stay!"
