We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

"Yes the room was clean but it smelled like a teenage boys room (a little musty), breakfast was good had a lot of options. Was scared about the location but actually it was not very nice and safe location. "

"This hotel has obvious long-term guests who are camping in the rooms with their doors open. The hotel management thought it would be a great idea to let us stay in a room directly next to one of those guest rooms which had at least 4 people inside being loud while drinking alcohol mid-day. They even attempted to open the door between ours rooms through the connection - after visibly seeing us outside and knowing it was occupied. We left to book another hotel before it got dark since we expect it...
