"Very clean and great location next to Osaka station with lots of amenities around. You do need to navigate 2 sets of lifts and it can get busy so just need to watch time a little - especially around checkout at 12. It’s a huge hotel and immaculately kept. Good coffee machine at reception."

"Premier Cabin Hotel Osaka was an absolute gem and one of the best values we found during our trip to Japan. While the staff wasn’t overly warm or friendly, they were always professional, efficient, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Like many hotels in Japan, the rooms were on the smaller side, but they were thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and made excellent use of the space. One of my favorite features was the bathroom layout. The shower, toilet, and wash area were all separated, which made the room feel much more functional and upscale than many hotels at this price point. The hotel also offered complimentary beer and beverages every evening, which was a fantastic perk. Unlike some hotels that nickel-and-dime guests for extras, bottled water was always available at no additional charge. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, with a wide variety of options and plenty to keep things interesting throughout our stay. The location was another major highlight. The hotel sits directly above a train station, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in Osaka and beyond. Restaurants, shopping, and attractions were all within easy reach. What impressed me most was how affordable this hotel was considering everything it offered. It’s rare to find a property that’s this well-appointed, this convenient, and still reasonably priced. "The staff were very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Speaking English was a non-issue. Rooms were left organized, refreshed with amenities, and cleaned daily. There were plenty of shops within the hotel as well. Breakfast had a wide selection of both Japanese and western options. My only gripe was the price of breakfast being 55,000¥ a person. It felt a bit overpriced."
