"This is an awesome property. A resort really in a city environment. The breakfast was outstanding with inconsistent staff efficiency. Two days great one day not so great. It does not make sense for a gorgeous infinity edge pool to be frigid cold - I estimate the temp was 20-23C when the temp outside was 27C."

"Perfect location. Perfect for a short break. Room was compact but very clean, excellent shower. No cupboard/wardrobe for clothes but a few hangers on a rail above a shelf. Adequate for us. Staff helpful. Breakfast excellent. Convenient for airport, we had a taxi on the way there but took the metro for the return to the airport. The stop is 10 mins from the hotel and goes directly to the airport. It was cheap. Gutted we missed the indoor market, stumbled upon it on the way to the metro. Will...

"By far the worst hotel we’ve stayed at - staff is terrible, stains on towels and bedding, Restaurant brings you food that has been sitting so long it is cold and disgusting. Although hotel is on the Duoro River - it is so inconvenient to get a taxi or Uber because you have to meet them up a very steep hill from the hotel. There are much nicer places to stay in Porto - don’t waste your money here!"

"Room was clean, staff was friendly (and spoke English/Spanish incase that was a worry) it was easy to find and cozy. The room was super spacious and decorations were cute! The drop off was down the block, since in the historic section only taxis / cars with a permit can enter, but getting dropped off wasn’t too bad since it was downhill. The hotel can arrange airport pick up and taxis if needed. It was super close to the Riverside and easy to walk around. We ended up having breakfast there since...
