"On their website they said they have complimentary ev charging stations which is the sole reason why we rented an ev. The ones that were compatible with the ev we had were out of order. The staff was no help at all. They basically told us we had to charge it off site and that there was nothing they can do. So at this point we had no choice we had to charge our ev off site which was an extra cost and took hours away from my vacation and experience. We literally had to sit there for 2 hours each...

The place was clean but housekeeping didn’t come to your room after you checked in didn’t take trash or anything we had to go ask housekeeping many times for things and to dump our trash. Also when did they start charging for breakfast?"

"This is a good quality La Quinta in the Fremont/Bay area. It has clearly been some time since there was a remodel, but everything was in good working order and the staff was helpful and friendly. The price for a bay area hotel is outstanding! If you are the type of person that can overlook "the little things" and still have a good stay (like me), then this place is perfect and you won't break the bank."

"We loved the space available for a family of 5. Our 2 yo was able to sleep in the trundle, closer to the ground. There was ample amount of space for the family to roam in the room AND restroom. We wish we could have spent more time to roam around the hotel and use the pool. We will definitely be back again!"

"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The linens were clean. The only downside to this hotel was the first room they gave us was outdated and appeared to have not been cleaned well. There was a bug on the bathroom door and one on the counter it appeared to be roaches. The staff immediately switched us to a new room on a different floor and this new room appeared to be way more clean and updated no signs of bugs anywhere in this room but I was still cautious. The parking lot was safe...
