We arrived 1.5 hours after check in time. Our room was not available along with an entire lobby full of people. We were advised we needed to wait because rooms from the previous night were not clean. I paid $569. for a room that was very small. The rate was way to high for what we received. The women who was checking us in was clearly frustrated when we advised it wasn't ok that our room wasn't available. We had plans that we needed to get ready for. The women checking in walked away from us and had another team member help us.

As expected, this place was flawless. Greeted by courteous staff who promptly processed my information. The room was clean and spacious. The entire hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of places to choose from when it came to dinner. Target is near by in case you forgot to pack something.

Front desk customer service was excellent! Driver’s of the free airport shuttle and the free area shuttle were wonderful. The room was not sanitary and I cleaned each counter and each room with my own Clorox wipes. Very disappointed and this might make my decision in the future to stay here.

Good one night stay

Classic business person's hotel - had everything I needed for a one night stay after a late arrival at SJC and en route to elsewhere in CA. Tip for guests: if using the free hotel transfer, clarify with staff your arrival terminal at SJC. Terminal A is domestic and Terminal B international and they are some distance from each other. There is scope for confusion about the pick-up location for the shuttle bus which differs for each Terminal.

Reservation by hotel not recieved trouble checkin.

Service at Marriott was good. Had trouble at check-in as the hotel did not receive the information from hotels.com. When I had called the support number for hotels.com they could not help. Ended up checking in as a walkin and paid straight to the hotel.
