"Overall the property is dated, but is very beautiful and the grounds are kept up very nicely. If we were to stay there again we would stay in the main area around the big pool. Our room was convenient because it was on the first floor, and right across the from the pool and beach, however for the price it was very outdated, smelled of mold and was not in the best shape. "Clean rooms and good variety of amenities"

"The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability."

"Second time staying here since March. Although the building is older, the rooms are updated and impeccably clean! We used the pool for a couple hours in the afternoon and it was very nice. Encore Lakeside Grill on the property has very good food, great service and beautiful view!"

"We loved our stay. Location was perfect. Very convenient parking. Restaurants are very nice on the property. We did not have to go anywhere at all. Rented jet ski on the marina and had wonderful time."

"We have gone to Branson for many years now and didn’t know about this place til a friend told us about it. The room was great needs an updated sofa and loveseat (worn out) the sofa bed was not very comfy. Jacuzzi tub in the unit was great. Overall highly recommend this place and we would love to return."
