"Hotel is 1.1 km walk from Hakata station. A bit of a walk with luggage or with children. The street in front is not busy, and there's plenty of space to park temporarily, half way onto the front of the property to unload/load. We stayed in room 102, in the DX Triple Room. In the only first floor room, I heard people coming out of the elevator, people checking in/out occasionally, but never heard any noise from above, though I'm unsure if there were any guests on the second floor. Hardly heard...

SHIZUTETSU HOTEL PREZIO Hakata-Ekimae

"お風呂が独立していてゆっくりつかる事ができました。お風呂の蛇口にも記載がありますが、50度付近の設定でお湯張りしないと40度くらいにならないので注意が必要ですね。トイレは洗面と一緒ですが、洗面前にドアがあるので複数名で泊まっても問題ないです。部屋内も全体的に清潔感があって快適に過ごせました。線路そばで音が気になるかとは思いますが、私が泊まった線路そばのホテルでは1番音がしないと感じました。ただ、電車の音は聞こえますので気になる方はご注意ください。"

"The room was poorly set up. Lots of dead space above the ground that could have been for storage but wasn't used. Bathroom was dated and creaky whenever you walked in. There was an iPad that took up space where luggage could have been. Bins took up so much space next to the TV. Bed was uncomfy. And the images were deceiving of the size of the room. Not going to that hotel again. "
