"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Montecarlo! The hotel is in a wonderful, central location close to Piazza San Marco. The staff was helpful, always ready to answer questions or give advice on local restaurants, things to do, etc. We had them arrange a water taxi for us to go to the airport, and it was an exceptionally smooth process. They even helped us transport our luggage to the water taxi. We never had breakfast or afternoon tea at the hotel, so I can't give an opinion on those. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Montecarlo again and recommend it to others. "

"We had the corner junior suite with a jaccuzi bathtub in the room. They provided the bubble bath, Prosecco, robes, and amenities! Bed was so comfortable, I took a 4-hour nap as soon as we arrived. Palazzo Veneziano was a lovely stay, and their breakfast which was included was delicious, satisfying, and amazing, especially their cappuccinos and lattes! They arranged our transfers to and from the airport. Stefano, or driver, was most gracious and helpful in giving us local tips, good eats, and must-see places to visit, all of which we did! The Palazzo staff were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly making sure our stay was memorable! And the bar mixologist was also excellent! You will have fun with them! "

"Great location as a home base to visit Venice for a few days. It's an old building with lots of character, wonderful staff, beautiful details, just abit more than a hostel and way more privacy, best location too. Highly recommend to solo or couple travelers as well."

"My mum and I loved our stay at the Hotel Saturnia. It was the perfect spot for us, providing comfort and accessibility for my elderly mum. The hotel has a lift and is a very short walk from a water bus stop making it extremely convenient. We stayed in two rooms during our stay; first a superior double room and next a junior suite. Our first room was spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable and we absolutely loved having a separate dressing area and bathroom. There were tea and coffee provisions in the room. Our second room was bigger, and had two bathrooms and large sitting area, however our preference was actually the first room - it was a great size for 2 travellers, well lit, and nicely decorated. It also retained the warmth in the room much better as it had several radiators, which the suite did not appear to have and we were cold the first night (electric heater provided the next night!). We couldn’t hear any external noise in either room. The hotel itself was traditional, and has a lovely rooftop and restaurant to enjoy. The highlight of the stay was absolutely the staff - everyone we encountered were friendly, helpful, kind and warm - a big big thank you to them. And a special thank you to the whole team at breakfast, which was our favourite part of our stay. Valeria was so lovely, remembered our drinks order every day, anticipated our needs before we even asked, and you could clearly see how much she cared about all the guests and about her team! Thank you all!"

"Location: This hotel is very aptly located right next to the the famous Rialto bridge and vaporetta stop is very close. Rooms: are big with decent size bathroom (compared to other bathrooms in italy) Breakfast: is very good with options for no egg vegetarians like us. (Milk/coffee/hot chocolate/fruit salad/yougurts/bread/cornetto/veggie salad/juice/cereals/cheese/butter) they do have other non veg items too Staff: very very polite and helpful outside official hours as well. Overall i liked this hotel a lot and would recommend to book is well in advance. Cons: only 1 thing missing is elevator if you have heavy bags"
