"The spa was amazing"

"Great Hotel for the kids. Pool was always empty and was right next to the kids centre which had plenty of games and activities to keep them entertained. Staff were friendly and breakfast buffet had great options, fresh food and topped up frequently."

The shower robes basically told the full story. They were fraying to bits. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in as the mattress seemed very tired as you sunk right into it and the electric heaters gave such a dry heat we had to turn them all off.
