"Iasked for non smoking the hallway was so bad with weed smell and shower head was not looking clean. Also super load in parking lot all night and animals barking and meowing will never stay there again Headboard was nasty dirty and bed bedding and pillow poor quality room was only 98 but not in good area and stuff "

"Terrible experience from start to finish: • Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM — no room was available when I arrived at 3:30 PM • Waited over an hour and wasn't given a room until 4:20 PM • The room had NO bed sheets and NO pillows — completely unprepared • Asked to cancel and was told by the receptionist they could do nothing • I had already been charged and received nothing close to what was promised Zero accountability, zero effort. Would not recommend."

"I was put in room 220 on the end. It was quiter than a lot of their rooms but keep in mind freeway road noise is constant. But its easy to get a good night's sleep. This room didn't get neighbors smoking and talking outside my room door. Other rooms get that issue."

"My coffee maker has cleaning clemaicla in it that mixed into my coffee. They replaced it however when I complained to the GM she responded after 5 days then implied I was lying. I kept the original coffee maker in the room to verify. They do not take your concerns seriously and will stonewall you."
