"The pictures of property and description in Expedia are very misleading Can't stop listing bad experience here. Stinking smoke smell despite being touted as non-smoking floor/room Elevator wasnt working, Property not maintained at all. With dust, leaves everywhere. Power outlet didn't work to charge our phones. bed was broken, AC wasn't working."

"Front desk person at check in seemed in hurry to get rid of me, sped through check in, didn’t explain anything. When I asked questions she answered with annoyance. So I stopped asking. Place was very clean and kept up nicely. Not sure why they charge a high daily fee for parking the place has plenty of parking. That didn’t seem necessary, and makes a huge difference on choosing a place to stay. It also wasn't explained to me at check in that I’d have a daily parking fee. "

"Shuttle fairly far to get to car rental. Breakfast standard. Rooms are not turned over daily. Inadequate shampoo in bathroom."

"I want to begin by saying the staff was professional, polite, and helpful. If it were not for the staff, I would be leaving a 1-star review. I did not understand at first that this hotel chain can be considered transitional housing. Apparently, some people live there. This hotel does not fit the normal hotel model you would expect. For example, seeing housekeepers maintain the rooms on a daily basis does not occur here. Here is a list of things we observed: The room had dust balls...

"No complaints "

"This was the worst hotel I had ever stayed at!!! I had booked a room with 2 queen beds for 4 guests, but I was given a room with a single King bed. They were able to give a second room with a single king bed at no extra cost upon my complaint, and assign the correct type of room for the second night. The elevator, hallway, and rooms were in very poor condition. The rooms reeked of pot, despite no smoking signs placed in the room. Most of the furniture and some fixtures in the room were broken....

"It’s location was very convenient."

"I picked a non-smoking room to avoid the smell. The room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana smoke even though it’s a non-smoking room. I think the smell is coming from outside the building through AC vents. We wanted to turn off the AC but buttons are missing so we couldn’t control it, it was running the whole time, one of the filters was also missing. Beds were clean."
