Apparently the phone centre was a separate service which was not clearly relayed via information provided "

"It was such a cute place to stay in while I was visiting! Overall, everything was perfect. The one thing that I wasn’t particularly fond of were the thin walls. You can basically hear everything in the other rooms. Besides that, this was great!"
