The hotel is right in Granada street one of the main pedestrian streets in old town with walking distance to the cathedral, Alcazaba, and the castle. Parking is off site but the hotel can do it for you if you reserve parking with the booking

This hotel is conveniently located and we were able to walk to all of the areas of interest. Our room was clean and was well planned out as far as storage and space. They had a soap dispenser in the shower but I would recommend they add conditioner and shampoo so that all amenities were included. ...

The location was fabulous...right in the old part of town...but the spa was only available during the day and only if booked and cost was about $50 per hour. So, that information should have been listed on expedia...we were disappointed that we couldn't use the pool in the evenings.

Wonderful staff, clean, central location
The staff was fabulous! Our luggage was delayed and no matter who was working the front desk, they were all informed and helping us watch out for the delivery. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and in a central location. I will definitely stay there again.
