"This stay was disappointing and expected a clean room, the sliding door glass was full of swipe marks possibly by using a dirty cloth and not wiping it dry, same goes with the glass panels on the balcony railing (same situation). We had to rooms, the other only had 1 chair in the balcony while the other had 2 with a side table. Worse was the drapes, they couldn’t open or close and was told the engineer dept was going to fix it but never showed up. Breakfast buffet offering were mediocre, didn’t feel I got value for the money spent during this stay.
