"Very quaint and perfect for the occasion room, place, and location. Walking distance from all the main things to see in Key West. Parking is limited if you have a car. Breakfast is also limited, possibly due to limited space to make anything bigger. Staff was really nice. The room, cool and comfortable. The bathroom made me feel good. "

"Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !"

"We had a fabulous stay at the Duval Gardens, now part of the Southernmost Beach Resort Hotel (guesthouses) Great location and the breakfast in the morning on the porch was lovely. The beds were a little firm for our liking but other then that the stay was perfect. Kimberly took great care of us and made the stay even better! "
