"The rooms were large and clean. The pillows were not great, they definitely need a comfort upgrade. The food on property was good. The breakfast was great! Lots of kids everywhere which made it hard to enjoy the pool. The beach was great and the bay was so nice. The majority of the staff was really nice. "Pool staff great. Too windy to do beach activities our trip unfortunately. Hotel room was great. Beautiful views. Check in was an unfortunate process. We were hoping for an early check in, instead didn’t get checked in till after our guaranteed 4PM."

"The resort was so nice and perfect for our family of 5. We were in walking distance of restaurants and a small grocery store that has amazing breakfast. The lady that works the day shift ( I believe her name was Matilda) was so helpful and also helped us schedule a golf cart and an excursion making it super easy for us. We will be back to this resort for sure! "

"Kitchen didn’t even have salt and pepper! Pots, pans, set of 4 plates, utensils, bowls, glasses, a couple coffee packets, a couple powdered creamers and sugars. A box of tissues, a roll of paper towels and one ply toilet paper. The property was LOVELY, with beautiful views, a cute beach, pretty pool, lots of lounge chairs. Right next door to Louie’s Backyard."

"This is not a very great "resort" or hotel be any means. Cleaning is minimal. Found hair all over the linen, so it wasn't washed. Kinda yuck. Staff: says front desk is open 8a - 4p. A sign on the door says 9:30a to 4p, but they don't open until sometime way after 9:30. No vending machines. No way to get any equipment or towels because the office is closed so much. No idea what the wifi password was. Couldn't find it and office was not ooen to ask. AC window units are rough, rusted out. Rooms...

"This property has a big effort to bring it up to the rate they charge. Needs maintenance, more staff, food quality is awful. "

"Good location, but the room we had on the porch, was right by some big dumsters, that were used very frequently all through the night - making a lot of noise. Room was fine but needed renovation (broken tiles and blinds etc., matress very (too) soft. Staff was nice and offered us the use of pool facilities after our 10 AM check-out and also let us keep the car in the (free) parking for some hours. "
