The room was clean but stains on the carpet were present. The parking lot needed help, but entry doors near our room was nice. The breakfast was not good. Pool looked clean and staff was pleasant

It said check in was till 12 but when I got there around like 9 I couldn’t check in get inside the building or nun so i didn’t go at all can I get ah refund for the 30$ I had to put down fa the room
