"Me and my family booked a room here for two nights for Fourth of July weekend hoping to enjoy the pool and hotel we were very very disappointed. There was no lifeguard at the pool nor any staff or anyone working no towels so we had to use the towels from our room there was no air conditioning and it was an indoor pool. It was literally 1000° in there we could not stay then we went back to our hotel to shower and called for mortals but they told us there isn’t any because there is nobody washing...

"Parking was easy , they have a great Bar and great bartender. The staff at check in were very hospitable. It was just an overall great experience. I have stayed in many hotels on a regular basis and this is definitely on the top of my list going forward."

"Problems with the room: the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and there was no cold water coming out of the bathroom sink. Also, no shampoo or conditioner – I had to go to the front desk, and they only had a shampoo bar, which was very poor and no conditioner. Lastly, the cord on the phone came out of the receiver and wouldn’t click back in, which disconnected my phone call with the front desk when they called to check in to see if everything was OK."
