"Our stay was was lovely. The water in the bathroom tap was clean and drinkable, and tastes great. The breakfast provided in the morning was also a great touch. Not to mention the host was so sweet and kind, and offered information about the local festivities that were going on that weekend. "Terceira for the first time, having done Ponta Delgada last year. Book Hotel a great choice. Stylish, nicely planned space. Building works going on to extend the hotel created a little nuisance but not too bad if you're out all day. Staff excellent with special mention to Soynia on reception for going above and beyond. Breakfast good, but a little samey after 4 days. Room perfect. "

"This is truly the most amazing location in Graff. You are right on the water with the view over the harbor and boat there you are walking distance to all the best restaurants in Agra. Would they lack in services and breakfast options it more than makes up for in location. There is a restaurant upstairs where you also have breakfast, which has an extra extraordinary view. "Das Hotel liegt super direkt in der Stadt. Wer ein Mietauto hat muss auf dem Parkplatz ein wenig ausserhalb Parkieren. Wir hatten eigentlich das Zimmer mit Jacuzzi gebucht gehabt. Das war dann leider nicht möglich und wurde uns kurzfristig mitgeteilt. Nicht desto trotz, das Hotel und die Mitarbeiter sind top. "

"Mold in first room and a mold smell, they moved me to another room that also had mold but I dealt with it because there was no smell. Very mediocre breakfast for the price they charge. Staff not very friendly and I didn’t feel the location was super safe as other people staying left the front door open late at night and I could hear men screaming in the lobby almost every night. Probably not great for solo travellers, in hindsight I would spend a bit more money to get a safer place. "
