"We stayed in room 911. Based on the Floorplan of the floor, it is the smallest room on the floor plate. It was disappointing that even though we were Expedia VIP Platinum status we were offered the smallest room. However, Trey at the front desk was helpful, and it was only two-nights. The hotel was convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle, the pool and gym were adequate. We would return if we needed something close to LAX. Thank you."

"We have tried to reach the property via e mail for almost 1 month and no one replied to our e mails from guest relations, what a poor service! I have asked to keep my luggages at the hotel storage room for 2 days since I will be back in 2 days and stay 3 more days as well. Hotel did not accept my request and instead asked me to book a Room Only reservation to keep the luggages. There is no Room Only option in Expedia therefore I had to pay a breakfast included room which cost $375 for 2 nights...

"No Restaurant aavialble for dinner - the susih bar and tap room were closed mid day on for a private event. Great location to the airport - 5 minute shuttle which was great - but no food minus processed grab and go was dissappointing. luckliy I could walk to the Marriott to eat, but it wasn't great. "

"Incredible value location. I only booked it because it was cheap and near the airport and only paid £79 for it on the day i needed to stay but i got a great view from the 7th floor of the planes landing into LAX and soap towels provided and two king sized beds all for myself staying! Highly recommend. I didn’t get anything from the vending machine but the choice of food looked good!"

"A great hotel to stay at near LAX. The only problem is the shuttle is not reliable going to the airport early morning. If you are flying out on Southwest you can walk to the terminal in about 10 minutes. That is way faster then the shuttle from the hotel."
