"This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property.
On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like.
For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. The restaurants were significantly understaffed, with extremely slow service for both bar and restaurants. Housekeeping and bell desk...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful at the registration desk. The room was clean and comfortable but did have some wear and tear in some places like the wall paper in the bathroom. The staff at the main dining area took long to approach and take our order and some were not very friendly, but it was still convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Breakfast was also great. "

"My stay at Miramonte Resort & Spa (Tommy Bahama) was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful, welcoming, and effortlessly beautiful. The lush grounds, cozy fire pits, and relaxed island-inspired vibe made it easy to unwind right away.
The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and attentive. The only drawback is the service is slow.

"We are regulars at this hotel, have stayed many many times. I'm so sad that we will never stay again. They recently added 2 new fees one for early check in which is so ridiculous and a pet for of 75 per pet. This is outrageous and if you have 2 pets more than the cost of the hotel. They will lose a lot of business due to this fee. It is not reasonable and a money grab...so sorry to say bye to this great spot!"

"Stayed two nights. First, the vast majority of the staff were awesome! The bartender was a bit pushy for Mai Tais at 3:00 PM and then called out a transluscent shaker bottle I was using for refilling water by the pool... Breakfast was a boxed pickup - very average. Candy "bar" was a cool idea. Coffee was available 24/7, but was not good. Pool and surrounding area was nice with plenty of towels and lemon water available. Small but very tastefully decorated room. Pigeons roosting outside...
