"Clean room , in the morning to much noise could sleep"

"Terrific location if you have a limited amount of time in Monterey. Our room was spacious but had a few issues. Shower stall leaking water through the glass door gap/hinges. Bedside outlet and reading light not working."

"The stay was disappointing overall. The room had cobwebs and dust all over the walls, which made it feel poorly maintained. There was also no AC in the room, and this was not mentioned anywhere during booking. When we raised our concerns with the staff, they were not very helpful and came across as stubborn. "We checked in and unpacked in our room and then went to dinner and a movie. When we returned and got into bed, there was the sound of an animal in our wall heater at 11:00pm that we could hear scratching around and maybe building a nest or eating. We tried to bang on it to scare whatever it was out but it persisted to make noise. When we called the night attendant, he didn’t check it out but did give us a new room. "Super kind staff! Super clean room, and extremely comfortable bed. The only thing which isn’t even bad is the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak but other than that no complaints and would stay again!"
