"There was a virtual check in machine that was a terrible experience. I couldn’t hear what the screen was saying, the volume was too low and the person (?) on the screen could not make the volume louder. The lobby door was locked so I couldn’t access an actual live person. When a human came to assist the experience improved exponentially! The person was kind, friendly and helpful."

"The man checking us in was nice but this was by far the dirtiest place I have stayed in my life! The pictures are either photo shopped or taken somewhere else. Also, I think I smoked more marijuana that was outside my window with the people hanging outside my window talking all night! This place should be closed down!"

"Chicken was good. The staff was friendly. The room was basically clean. Around 10:30 p.m. The noise around our room became excessive. It was impossible to call the front desk as the phone did not work. We had to use our cell phone and call through the 800 number. Finally, around 12:30 it quieted down. The next morning desperately needing coffee. After a night of little sleep we found the coffee maker did not work. Not a good stay"

"Rooms only got housekeeping services on the third day, disappointing. Sheets and towels only serviced on the third day, unless requested. Pool was closed for "maintenance". Restaurant had no dinner service - although it stated it had it on the website. The location was great, with beautiful views if you can get passed all of the bad things. Bar had good prices with decent service - not a happening place. The place should be a gold mine - they are doing something wrong - Management perhaps?"

"The Finger Lakes Lodging was a perfect stay. Minutes from Skaneatleles. A lovely town, full of history. The room was clean and spacious. Endearing cabin decor. We will definitely book again. I highly recommend."

"Facility appears outdated. There are only three equipment in a tiny exercise room with two not working, plus a TV without TV remote. Only thing the front desk could say was " I will let the manager know"."

"We stayed at this place, as we were attending a wedding in the area. One of the reasons we booked it was the loungers around the pool. The plan was to hang out by the pool in the morning / early afternoon and read and relax before the wedding. The pool area as shown in the pictures of this place does not exist. It was very disappointing. There was not a comfortable chair to be found to read outside and relax."

"The hotel was wonderful. This brand-new resort offers excellent amenities, including mini golf, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, and a beautiful luxury bar and restaurant. It is conveniently located just a short distance from downtown Skaneateles. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire property was well maintained and beautifully designed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!"

"FRONT floor entry can be a little tricky, but the Assistance from the front staff made up for any complications endured. HAVE a little Grievance with Expedia itself, your site charged me more than the hotel gave me a receipt for, like $40.00 more. Is there a reason for this?"
