"Rudely greeted when I arrived a few hours early and was told that a room was available, I thought "great" before I was told that I would have to pay $50 extra. I declined and did not appreciate being lectured how this was common hotel policy everywhere (not true)."

Hotel Europa, BW Signature Collection
"Stayed here for 1 night for a concert. Staff was very kind upon check in/out, and its proximity to the Bell Centre was the biggest pro being about a 5 minute walk away. Room felt a little small especially the bathroom but a short trip like this I didn’t mind at all. Would definitely come back for ..."
