"Très bon établissement dans l’ensemble. Des améliorations pourraient toutefois être apportées, notamment en ce qui concerne la diversité de la carte du restaurant — actuellement limitée à un buffet imposé — ainsi que la formation du personnel, qui ne maîtrise pas toujours le fonctionnement de certains équipements.
Le petit déjeuner, bien que proposé sous forme de buffet, gagnerait également à être revalorisé : certains produits ne semblent pas à la hauteur des standards attendus pour un hôtel 4...

"Magnifique vue sur le lac. Le personnel est insuffisant : une seule personne fait des allers-retours entre le spa et la réception. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement, car il fait très vieux. Aucune trousse de toilette n’est mise à disposition ; au vu du prix de la chambre, je pense que des pantoufles ainsi que quelques cotons-tiges ou disques de coton ne seraient pas de trop.
Sinon, la chambre était très propre."

"As a family of 4, we stayed in the apartment which was ideal, as the kitchen, lounte and fire made for sociable evenings after finishing on the slopes.
All staff were awesone and couldn't do enough for us.
Very convenient for the main gondola, 5 mins walk, bus into Chamonix centre 3min walk.
Highly recommend"

"Tout simplement merveilleux😍. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel très agréable et d’une grande gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner était excellent 👌.
Les chambres sont très spacieuses et très propres. Juste à revoir les coussins et matelas qui pour ma part restent trop mou.
Nous y reviendrons volontiers.

"We are extremely happy with our stay at hotel Auberge du manoir. The hotel is beautiful, clean, charming and located in an excellent location within a few walks away from the actual town and shops. Our bedroom was perfect, with excellent views and lets just say we dreamt away with the top class beds and pillows. Never have we ever slept so well in any other hotel. Also, the attention to detail and the attention to cater their guests was also over the top. We felt so welcome and taken care of...
