Tuve que comentar si nos cambiaban de habitación ya que no salió por parte del personal, así como una compensación por la situación ya que al final estuvimos en una habitación de menor calidad. Era una ocasión especial ya que era el día de nuestra boda y tampoco nos dejaron ningún detalle especial a pesar de comentarlo previamente."

"Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. "We were here on a whim. Really you are coming to this town to try amazing chocolate and taste excellent Cava. We also got to be part of a festival that it seems the entire town turns out for (check it out every 7-8 September (really 6-9th). You are not going to be at the hotel much. The hotel was basic and had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful and the service was great! It’s simple, clean, and such a short walk to everywhere in town!
