"Rooms were standard and clean. Reviews and booking werr misleading as we were charged for parking upon check in. There was a loud thumping noise all night. It sounded like maybe a pipe in the wall was loose and moving around. "

"Stay was just okay. The room I was initially assigned had no thermostat control and the heating system was pumping way too much hot air. (It had to be over 80 degrees.) It was also not very clean and worn down. I’m grateful to the staff that took steps to correct the situation, but it didn’t occur without some convincing (and really pleading) that the accommodations were not acceptable for anyone. My next room was an improvement, but the hotel is showing its age and they’re undergoing a renovation. Might be willing to give it another chance after the reno."

"Holiday Inn is always my go to hotel as the process of checking in and the complimentary breakfast is good. This particular Holiday Inn had a very good scent, like it just smell good and you an smell that walking around. "
