"I reserved a queen bed and got a single double bed with a parking lot view. They sent several emails about being a VIP member and how they would give us water and upgrade our room, none of which happened. Vallet parking was difficult because there was not enough room to pull up to do it. The room was super small. It was manageable for one night but that was it. The bed was hard as a rock and had the smallest pillows, no pillow top as advertised and the pillows seemed as though they were just pillow cases (square which was weird) with sheets shoved inside. Poor quality bedding."

"No frills hotel in the bustling little Italy neighborhood. It's really easy to get around. Little Italy is loaded with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops and the area closes down before the neighboring gas lamp area. "
