"What a lovely place to stay, an amazing find. Dinner in the bar, fish and steak dishes were excellent, tasty, fresh enjoyed with a fine wine and relaxed with cheese and biscuits afterwards. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. A lovely gentlemen serving breakfast cared to explain the local area. Breakfast food also wonderful. Spa facilities used in the morning and then on our way, beautiful property and very relaxing. Only booked for one night but will definetly return. Truly delightful...

"An enjoyable one night stay at a hotel where the positive features far outweigh any minor niggles. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent food, well presented and served in a timely manner. Rooms just bordering on the need for some love and attention, although White Stuff toiletries do a good job in diverting attention from the nasty stain on one of the seats. Decent enough spa facilities, although it would be helpful if the price to swim were included in the booking price."

"This hotel was excellent. The decor was lovely, it was clean, the staff were exceptional, and the food both breakfast and dinner was fantastic. The location was great, walkable to anything you may need. I’d recommend this to everyone staying in Leeds."

"The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. "

"Perfectly situated by the train station. Only had breakfast but it was perfect. Everything was kept stocked up and tables were cleaned fairly fast. 8:30 breakfast on a weekday proved to be very busy but apart from finding a table, you wouldn’t have known. Our room was unbelievable, tea and coffee provided plus a coffee machine. Microwave and toaster in the room and a fridge, there was even a selection of wine/beer glasses. Shared a king bed with my daughter and didn’t even know she was there it...
