"I requested that my room be cleaned and restocked as there was only 2 coffee pods, 2 foam coffee cups and 2 towels for 2 people. I was surprised when I asked the front desk at 3pm because the room was still dirty and was informed that house keeping had already left for the day and there was nothing that could be done. It was a Friday afternoon."

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Coffee all day. Loved the snacks and water at check in. Cute little patio area. Disappointed pool was not open and nowhere when booking did it say this. Part of the reason i booked this hotel, for the outdoor pool. Something with the air in the room had my husband and i not feeling well. Overall nice stay. "

"The representative, who assisted with my check in was exceptional – prompt, friendly, and helpful. She was very efficient with the check in process. The main issue that I had was that housekeeping did not empty the kitchen trashcan, so it was full from the previous guest.
