"Room was a lovely size and well decorated. Room was relatively clean, with the exception of a few dead bugs in the windows. Room service was slightly disappointing with some items not arriving, and no answer on the phone after to sort it. 10 calls and a voicemail. Breakfast was also disappointing, the cost of £18 per person was very steep especially with very little selection on offer. "The hotel was as always clean and tidy with very polite and helpful staff. The only problem was with the swimming pool and spa area . The pool was very dirty and the jacuzzi was broken apparently broken for a while . This said it is still exceptionally good value and the first time of a few visits that the pool has been below standards. We will definitely go again . "

"We've just had an overnight stay & we'll definitely be back, we stayed in the kingsize deluxe room & it was so spacious and comfortable the bed was so comfy & the shower was amazing with a built-in steam & sauna. Everywhere was spotless clean had tea snd coffee amenities with small fridge was self service to check in which was so easy 10 minutes walking distance to the town"

"If you can, avoid room 011 (ground floor), not sure what is above but footsteps came through the ceiling late at night and again early morning which woke me. Told reception on leaving but just got a “sorry about that”. Some staff nice and friendly. Public areas OK but a bit tired in places. Free parking and a service station in walking distance. Overall did the job but not cheap. "

"From reception staff to breakfast staff there were excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect for seeing all the sights. Breakfast was excellent. Apart from that the room were basic. Nothing special. Hotel has been given 4 stars. I think it should be 3 stars. Also when booking this hotel. They should give details where the carpark is. "
