"The pool access is a paid service and it was not in booking details. The hotel room was cleaned every 3 days which I do appreciate although the rooms can be bigger for the pricing we were paying for. On days when room cleaning service is not performed you still get clean towels. Laundry access only have 6 washers and dryers and honestly it was pretty expensive as they weren’t huge washers. "Pretty spacious room compared to other places we looked at. Love that it had a washer/dryer (It was pretty small but I am not sure if I'm just used to America's washers). The staff was super friendly and the room was clean! Only complaint I had was that I removed the pillow case to adjust it and the pillow underneath was a jump scare, super stained. Still would rate it overalls 5 stars since that was my only qualm. "

"Absolutely loved how clean and central this location was! It made getting around much easier as someone who has never been to Japan. The train station is across the street which is helpful, but there’s also a lot of stores and restaurants in the same area. Staff were also extremely kind and helpful to interact with. Thank you so much again! I’ll stay here again when I return back to Japan."

"There were only 2 blankets for 3 people, oir keycaeds stopped working every few days, there should be more then 2 washers and dryers for the entire building. I went to the laundry room at 6am to wash my kids clothes and there was a soman using all 4 machines (2 wahing machines and 2 dryers) from 6am to past 11am. "The breakfast is great. The front desk is very helpful. At night, we had a wonderful time, walking through the shiny streets. Yes, it is smack dab in the red light district, and there were a couple of weird guys a couple of blocks away. However, I felt comfortable having my teenage sons walk around by themselves at night. Everything seemed pretty safe. There won’t be a view from your hotel room, you will sleep super soundly at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again."
