"Well, let’s just start with o real rating - they advertise themselves as 5 star hotel but by average American standards it’s between 2-3 There no traditional hospitality standards we are all used to ( Vegas , NYC , Miami , Boston ) equivalent to 5 stars Rooms are very small and odd shaped , bedding is Ramada Inn quality , no tubs. Heating or TV were not working in our room and staff did not care to come and fix it Pricing of more than 400$ per night is ridiculous and frankly insulting Anyhow - don’t get lured in by the location , no direct access by uber or taxi , and so called roof top is just a tourist trap They let anyone from the street come and use it so you don’t have any privileges as a hotel guest Expedia should be checking more careful properties before advertising them to its patrons "

"This is one of the finest hotels we have stayed at. We stayed in a terrace room, it was amazing and so nice to be able to relax in our own private space. Will definitely stay here again when we go to Barcelona again. "
