We really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and cozy and the terrasse has an awesome view. A great breakfast was served there, too.

Great view and friendly staff
We had an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and the view from the large deck is excellent. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend!

A room with a view
A bit exiting to check in as the receptionist could not find our booking. But it was okay finally. Nice room beautiful view and fine breakfast.

Nice place but a couple of things to look at maybe
Bit of a mixed one tbh. The room was as described and had terrific views from both the room and frombreakfast. and good service in general. The breakfasts were fine but all affected by load shedding. I appreciate they were out of the hotels control but surely if you know when the outage is you can prepare by having boiled kettles and flasks and toast too held in the oven . My other minor moan apart from the tiny pool was the difficulty of parking. It was very tight indeed. They had a free shuttle to several restaurants but when I researched them they were poorly rated. Ended up going to a locals “beach” bar called La Peron which was fun and great value and their sister restaurant called Butchers crossing steak house. Have to say Mossel Bay was a big disappointment in general apart from the nice beach. Would give it a miss tbh

Overall stay was fine. The room itself was nice and clean and the view was lovely. Parking and accessibility of the car parks can be quite difficult though. The staff weren’t that welcoming which was a shame and I think made a slight negative impact on our impression/stay. Also no soundproofing in the property so you can hear other guests.

Good location. Lovely decorated property with all amenities needed. We had the honeymoon suite - well worth paying for! Incredible view from the private balcony. Friendly, helpful staff. Would highly recommend this guest house if staying in Mossel Bay!

Our stay at Aquamarine Guest House was great. The sun deck in the Honeymoon suite had sun all day. The bedroom and bathroom were large and spacious. The breakfast was excellent too and cooked to order. There is secure car p-arking within the gates of the property. Highly recommended.

Great for Chocolates. But no pork alternatives.
It was amazing, but I want to highlight a specific aspect which rise above the rest: The welcoming chocolate, or bed time chocolates, was there every day. The filtered bottle water was replaced everyday. Fresh milk there was everyday in the fridge. These are things that was sorted. At other hotels and guest houses, they do it only the first day when you arrive. It annoys me, because if I checked in everyday, I would receive these benefits. But at other hotels they think it appropriate to short change you and do not change these consumables. Relaxing, full, neat and comfortable bath and shower facilities. That is a super big plus. Well done Aquamarine. Now, one gripe: please provide non-pork alternatives for breakfast. After one week I was hoping you would catch on that some of the guests don't eat pork.

Excellent endroit et accueil. La chambre à l'écart a une vue magnifique sur la baie. Seul petit bémol il faut aller au bâtiment principal pour le petit-déjeuner par le trottoir extérieur. Mais cela .. réveille. Belle terrasse et grande chambre et salle de bains. Recommandons.

Aquamarine is a great place to stay in Mossel Bay - secure, comfortable and with very engaged staff. The rooms were bright, clean and with amazing views over the Bay. The plunge pool provided respite from the heat of the day. A great place to stay!

Sehr tolle Aussicht
Wir hatten das Glück, daß wir ein Upgrade erhalten haben. So wohnten wir in der Honeymoon-Suite. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Terrase/Balkon - Traumhafter Blick über die Bucht. Frühstück war sehr gut in Auswahl und Qualität. Service sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist schon "interessant". Direkt an der Hauptstraße, Mit genau passenden Parkmöglichkeiten im Hof. Es ist eine kleine Herausforderung - aber "Interessant". Die Zimmer sind aber nach hinten (zum Hang) raus. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Allerdings hat uns der Ort selber nicht soviel gegeben - Aber das ist das eine ganz andere Geschichte.

Simply stunning
Incredible views from the balcony, we stayed in the honeymoon suite and loved it. Accommodation is close to everywhere in Mossel Bay and they offer free shuttles around the town. Would definitely stay again.
