"Stayed here before a very early international flight from Terminal 3 (Hotel lobby is on departures level (behind O check in desks) - check in was automated on arrival and therefore we didn’t have any interaction with any staff, however, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet - perfect!
Black out blinds were ideal and they also provided PJ’s and slippers, neither of which we used but a lovely touch.
I would definitely recommend if you need an airport hotel, it was absolutely ideal!! "

Bathroom was rather small.
I guess it was ok for a one night stay. Not sure I would call it GRAND HOTEL
it’s conveniently located.
Should spend more money on upgrading the rooms rather than the lobby.

"Excellent location, 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station! Room was clean and perfect for a 4 day stay in Tokyo! Staff were lovely and helpful too, will definately be staying here again! "

"Hotel was great! Breakfast was a staple every morning! The fresh bakery in the lobby was exceptional! 1st floor and 2nd floor bar/restaurants were delicious. The gym has updated smart equipment. Location was great for the train stations and taxis were always parked outside should you choose that route. Would definitely recommend for an all around perfect stay!"

"Excellent location but a bit away from the main light rail lines.. very close to all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Shinjuku though. Rooms were small but functional, if you're concerned about the bed, you can ask for additional mattress pads for more "western" style comfort."

"This used to be my favorite hotel in Shinjuku. Unfortunately the hotel hasn’t been kept very well.
The rooms were very dusty. I could see dust particles in the air coming from the air ducts. I left with a throat infection. The onsen area was weathered. There was a broken handrail in the men’s onsen. The glass was very dirty.
I had arranged for a birthday cake surprise and they showed up about an hour late making it very awkward.
Checking in and out is frantic with “self checkin” stations...
