"Welcoming greeting when we arrived, checied in smoothly and fazy Room absolutely lovely, bed nice and comfy, bathroom very well appointed with complementary shampoo etc. Hotel is smack bang in the middle of town and is easy to get to When we go to Spalding which will be soon we will book again without hessitation. "Room was very large, bed very comfortable, reception friendly and supportive, bar meals were great. We only stayed one night however it would be a great place to base yourself for a few days."

Carvery bit disappointed the Turkey was lovely but veggies needed replenishing and were cold also no gravy. Perhaps we should have waited for it to be refreshed. Will know next time. "Arrived on time, only to find that Reception wasn’t near the rooms. Room was clean, heater could do with some instructions. Asked for a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together. Golf course available, good restaurant, assault course for kids. Beautiful walk around site. Static Caravans available to rent, for Holidays"

"Great location for the town centre. The bedrooms were great. Parking on site was handy. Saturday nights are a bit noisy due to local night life, however the rest was fine. "

"The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic. "
