"The hotel is Fab! The view is worth every penny and highly recommend getting a room with a view of the lake as watching sunset from the balcony was incredible. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions. The restaurant/ Bar was also fab with gorgeous pizzas for good value and could see a lot of locals visit to sit and enjoy the view. Der Bauernhof bietet einen spektakulären Blick über ein Tal und Berge. Die Ferienwohnung sind rustikal aber liebevoll gestaltet. Der Zimmerservice kommt tgl. Und leistet gute Arbeit. "This hotel is in an excellent location in Moltrasio, with the lake and ferry wharf on the other side of the road. Parking is available a short distance away. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were good. The air conditioning was very good."

"A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient. While the room we had was very large with a bedroom plus a large kitchen/living space with two patios there was only one TV in the living room! No bedroom...
