"Great stay at Belfiore 58 in Florence. The location is very convenient—about a 12-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station or just two tram stops away. Check-in was smooth with a code provided in advance, and the building has an elevator up to the third floor.
Communication was excellent, with very quick responses via WhatsApp. There is also a secure luggage storage area in the hallway with 24/7 camera monitoring, which was very helpful.
