We were frantic when we realized we have left the passport in an Airbnb in Rome, and they went out of their way to help us have it retrieving and brought back to Florence. I cant say how much we appreciate it. FANTASTIC service!!!"

I was tempted to shout back at the women in the street who were calling out their friend’s name in English. We arrived late for the check-in (after 1830 I think) and we had to pay 30 euros in cash.
