"We had 2 rooms for our extended family of 5 adults at the end of September. The rooms at Sunrise Suites are spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The property is close to transit and family rooms give a great view of Toji Temple right across the street. We appreciated the convenience of the small open kitchen, large washroom and living spaces, and washer/dryer combo. Room temperature was easy to manage with fluctuating weather conditions. The only downsides for...

"The hotel has great amenities, and I especially loved the nightly welcome drink and the massage chair. The service was excellent, the lobby felt very cozy, and the open‑concept design of the guest‑floor hallway was a nice touch. The location is very central and extremely convenient for getting anywhere. Although the room was a bit dated and there were no charging outlets by the bedside, overall I still had a great stay and would definitely return again."

"This location is at a peaceful part of Kyoto. The train nearby wasn't too loud contrary to other reviews. In the mornings, it does get very bright in the bedroom though. Some parts of the building was also a bit dusty
However, it is very spacious for 2 people. The washing machine and dryer was also very convenient and a life saver at times. The amenities provided were also very good."
