"Bed bug infested and extremely unsanitary. We weren’t able to stay at the hostel because of its issues. We were left stranded with no place to stay. I contacted the property multiple times and they refuse to answer. I’m working on getting a refund because there is no way we could’ve stayed at the property without getting some sort of disease. "

"The rooms were clean and nice
The staff is fantastic at this location especially Leiann.
I would most defintely stay here again.
Location is on point as well, short walk to the Amsterdam Centraal. "
