"Sunny is the reason I’d return if she were still working there. I wouldn’t consider the trip back otherwise. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She even gave me a late check-out because of some issues with the room, like the heater and the remote control on the TV. Also some things that were missing from the room, which she quickly resolved. However, I must say that the location was prime. The hotel was walking distance to everything I needed. But the room definitely needed some...

"I was worried about my windowless room but it was surprisingly undepressing. Staff were great. Cafe was great, although they were about to change the food menu so i can’t vouch for it now. Location is pretty walkable, but it depends on what you want to be close to. I loved that there were bikes for rent right at the hotel."

"They had every service you could need when traveling including proper laundry services. You really can expect to be treated the upmost respect and whiteglove service. Cannot wait to stay here again. Walkable to amazing spots to sit, chat, watch, eat, drink, pharmacy, etc. CA loves UK"

"We took an Eco option on a 3 night stay, bad decision, it’s got little to do with sustainability and everything to do with cutting cost. Given what we paid, we were expecting something exclusive and high quality. Poor value for money. Rooms were a bit pokey and missing practicalities like USBs, vanity mirrors. Atmosphere was a bit dark and distant. I have paid a lot less and had much better experiences. Great location though, and can’t wait to comeback to Amsterdam. "

"The staff and our stay at De Bedstee was absolutely wonderful! Our check in and check out were both easy and smooth, room was spotless and bathrooms as well. If we are ever back in Amsterdam we will definitely be staying here again! We got breakfast at the hotel on one of the days and loved the selection and drank a delicious latte! We even met some of the local cats just around the block which made our stay even more magical. Thank you so much, we can't wait to come back! "

"Terrible customer service. Rooms were dirty. Broken shower door, leaking shower head. No room to hang clothes. Skip this place and go somewhere else. "
