"Clean, friendly staff , nice view in fitness room."

"Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. "Terrible service. No breakfast. No locks on windows. Couldn't get a receipt. Tv wouldnt work. Very noisy. Felt very unsafe."

"The place was in ill repair. Smoke detectors chipping, the elevator was filthy. The continental breakfast had oranges that were so old they were brown, shriveled and hard. Would not recommend. "

"Awful experience. We were taken to our first room it had a horrible odor. Smelled musky or maybe even moldy. Went out talked with front desk gentleman & he had a young lady come . He said there was no other rooms available we could have refund. She said she could find something. There's no elevator so anything you book on the second floor you have to do the steps. "There was blood on the sheets, a hole in a wall, and no hand soap. Definitely would not recommend. We stayed here for one night and it was loud at night and the light from the hallways seeped in around the curtains so the room never got fully dark. It was also loud from the nearby highway."
