"The place was cosy and the host was so very helpful with transport to grocery shopping and station, & lift passes. The small house had all the facilities you need and was toasty. "

"Wonderful stay. Staff was amazing, they helped transport our ski bags, they picked us up from the Hakuba train station and at the end of our stay dropped us off again. Highly recommend and would stay again. "

"We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making us feel completely at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, it had all the essentials and more. We enjoyed a cozy evening indoors, cooking and shabu shabu

"We stayed at Prominence near the start of spring. During this time, many shops, restaurants, and cafés were either closed for the season, closed early, or had limited seating. Many bar-style eateries were also not very welcoming to families with children.
In hindsight, it might have been better to stay in the Happo-One area, as it was the only ski resort still open for the remainder of the spring season.
That said, the accommodation itself was beautifully modern and spacious. The kitchen was...

"Book the loft room for a family of 4
Room: table has a hole at the bottom (not lighted) and was not very visible. Was quite a hazard for us as we tripped over that same hole twice. Stairs for the loft may not be suitable for people with knee problems as it’s a bit narrow with no handle. Keep in mind before you book that you have sort your trash into the way they want it to be sorted (burnable and non burnable) or else you may be fined 15,000 yen.
Food: food was not as impressive as another outlet of this chain. Breakfast options are Japanese or western, with the same menu everyday. So if you’re staying for more than 2 days, you will have no third option.
Staff: rigid and not understanding. We booked this accommodation 9 months in advance but did not receive any message about meal plans or schedule, was put to a 7am slot of breakfast 5:30pm slot for dinner with no option to change as they were fully booked. We were definitely not too pleased with this arrangement. There is no coffee served during breakfast, yet we were prohibited to bring our own coffee into breakfast. We were told to get coffee from their lounge instead. When we did this on the second day, they confiscated our drinks that we’ve gotten from the lounge. Quite ridiculous honestly. We were not given the best attitude from the staff when this coffee incident happened. The staff rolled eyes at us, wow.

"perfect for a couple nights while snowboarding at the ski hills nearby! the lovely lady, who i’m assuming is the owner, was just the sweetest lady. she was more than happy to help us sort out transportation around town and to the ski hill, make dinner reservations for us, and drive us to the shipping outlet to ship our bags to the airport. i would absolutely recommend, and i will definitely be back! "
"La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service.
I definitely want to come back.

"Although the property is not exactly updated, it was incredibly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s located right in front of the beginners lift and was close proximity to the ski school and shuttle pick up. I would definitely stay here again in the future. "
"Property was amazing. Staff was kind enough to accommodate my request for a private onsen room. Which I should have booked initially but didn't realize was an option. Shuttle bus stop at the front door will take you to various ski resorts in the area. Staff is excellent, helpful, kind. Restaurant is great! Had use of a ski locker as well. Full locker, not just a place to hang skus and poles. "
