Solo un tema me decepcionó mucho, hice una reservación para la cena navideña usando un sistema de reservaciones The Fork, y al momento de llegar nos dan la mala noticia de que la reservacion estaba cancelada porque el restaurante del hotel "estaria cerrado", como estabamos hospedados en el hotel nos percatamos de que no estuvo cerrado, el verdadero problema fue localizar un lugar donde cenar en plena noche buena...

"Spacious, clean and comfortable room in a great location. This is more like a b&b than a hotel, and Fortuna was friendly, helpful and great to do deal with. Location is good; about a 15 minute walk to Napoli centrale train station, close to via tribunales, and lots of shops and restaurants. Despite being on a main Street, the shutters were very effective at blocking out street noise. "
