"Air conditioning was perfection nice and cool in the warm humid climate outside. We had the only room on the top floor/rooftop which was very nice. Clean room and no issues during our stay. Location was perfect for exploring old san juan. "

"We had dinner and it was really good. We had coffee and a small breakfast in the cafe downstairs and it was ok at best. Nice staff, but I wouldn’t recommend. "

"Location is excellent , the detail and colonial style is beautiful, felt cozy and very warm , like if we are in our grandparents house. Now the bad part, the bathrooms needs a lot of TLC, like a full remodeling, vanity, toilets and shower. The are in poor condition. In our room, toilet was wobbly, vanity is very old and shower needs attention like urgent. "

"A "quaint" old hotel in Old San Juan, kept up with very well. If you want hundreds of souvenir shops to walk in and out of it's very convenient. Restaurants and bars seemed to be harder to find. No real amenities at the hotel, did not see anyone using the hot baths or jacuzzi. Coffee in the lobby near the front door in the morning, had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. It served it's purpose for the overnight stay."

"This was the worst hotel we have ever encountered through Expedia. Unsafe stairs both to get to the room and within the room. We never saw a staff person anywhere. I'd call it a dump."

"Remote staff. They return calls though. AC was intense and did not respond when we tried to make it warmer in the room. The floor was not all that clean--found dust bunnies and someone else's teabag under the bed. The area is loud with lots of street noise at night."

"Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much."

"The property is clean and well maintained. Improving communication with guests upon arrival and offering greater flexibility for extended stays and late checkout would further enhance the customer experience."
