"Good rooms, Helpful staff & Great location"

"The cleaning lady was very helpful in storing our belongings and assisting us with check-out. I didn’t see the check-in email, so I couldn’t access the property when I arrived earlier than 4 PM. I tried calling, but the voicemail didn’t provide any useful instructions."

"The location was central. The staff was ok. Enjoyed the free beverages everyday. It is an old building, and there were leaks in the hallways, which not make it ideal for the elderly or if you are prone to clumsiness."

"This Hotel is located right in the center of old San Juan! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Nightlife, and shopping! El Moro Castle is literally a few minutes away. Hotel is super clean and smells fresh. Anytime we needed fresh towels or if the room needed a refresh they were so fast and accommodated our needs. We stayed for 6 nights, and wished our stay was longer. We most definitely will be back."

"Staff were wonderful. So helpful and gave great suggestions on things to do and places to eat! Clean and well stocked kitchen. Nice rooftop area with hot tub. The hot tub could use an update or just cleaning. A few of the floor planks were loose and sticking up but this didn’t really cause any issues. Could use better pillows and maybe directions on how to use the coffee maker. Other than that would definitely recommend staying here."

"This property is beautiful and eclectic. So many pieces of amazing art done by the owner. The man at the desk each evening was so calming and kind and went out of his way to help us in many ways. The music played each night was lovely. It is very historic and in a great location in Old San Juan. The owner is 92 and was in the music room every night. It was so nice to see how much she enjoys her years of hard work and love. It is definitely perfect if you’re into the history and charm. We also...
