"My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all."

"The hotel is nice. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is big. There is air conditioning, a microwave and a fridge in the room. At first my fridge didn't worked but once I reported it, they fixed it. As far as everything else, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the security is tight. The hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants and a 24HR store across the street. Would recommend this as it was family friendly. We loved the shuttle to and from the beach and hotel."

"The resort was excellent. We took several day trips away from the Condado area and transportation to and from was no issue with Uber. The pool and beach areas are nice and the on site restaurants were great options for lunch or dinner"

"The staff was racist. I had a terrible experience with them. They were openly discriminatory and it seems as if it’s their normal practice. I ended up making a complaint to Hilton Honors and to the hotel management. The staff needs to be investigated and trained about cultural diversity. It was an overall horrible experience.
