"This hotel is thoughtfully situated in the Montrose District, near many great eateries and museums. I personally loved the design of the property and interior design of the rooms, overall it was very artful and bespoke. The room was clean and the restaurant was inviting. Staff in the lobby, housekeeping, and restaurant were all super friendly. Great and memorable stay."

"We love staying at this Zaza for Houston museums, zoo, and Hermann park visits. Price is elevated, but the quality of stay is top notch. Very spacious room at standard rate. Turndown service with a Moon Pie or chocolate, and a bottle of water. Over the span of a couple of days, we had an excellent breakfast and excellent dinner at Monarch. This weekend coincided with a prom being held in the big ballroom. The staff runs things so well that, as a guest, this was not a disruption at all to us."

I think the only issue I had was that I called for my car to be picked up from valet because I was walking out of my room, but they did not want to go get my car until they saw me in person which defeated the purpose of me calling and I was already needing to be somewhere at a certain time. "The toilet sometimes would delay in flushing and the hot water took about five to ten minutes to warm up. This was reported to the staff that was very friendly, they were gonna give me 5000 Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience but I have yet to see it. The stay was good inspite of those issues."

"Each room is perfectly curated with all amenities to make the stay comfortable, even including a Roku, welcome scones, and white noise machine. The ambience is perfect due to the kind hotel staff and picturesque decor. A true oasis in the middle of bustling Houston!"

"Easy driving from The Galleria. Plenty of parking spot (no garage). Our room was on the first floor. There was a very narrow window and it was pretty dark. Right outside was a parking. Someone parked a car could see inside of our room. We should have choosen upper floors. The facility was a bit dated, however the room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening happy hour service was quite basic compared to other Drury Inn we've stayed before. They are hit or miss."

"The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. My husband had a surgery at MDAnderaon nearby, so the location was great for me to go back and forth to the hospital and the hotel shuttle service was very convenient to get me to the hospital and back to the hotel. Front staff helped me with some changes to my reservation. Definitely will stay here for any medical needs in the future. "
